Welcome to Yilingbot ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service is a group messaging translation tool, currently supporting LINE and Discord platforms. It operates on a per-group basis, providing automatic bidirectional translation.

3. Eligibility

No personal account registration is required. Adding Yilingbot to a group constitutes acceptance of these terms. Group administrators are responsible for informing group members of these terms.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free Plan: 500 characters per month, auto-reset, shared by the group.
• Paid Plans: One-time purchase (not a subscription). Credits are stackable, valid for 30 days from purchase date. Any group member can purchase credits.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Paid plans are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
• As the Service provides digital content that is immediately available upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• If credits are not properly applied due to a system error, please contact us for resolution.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Transmitting illegal, harassing, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
• Abusing translation credits (e.g., automated scripts)
• Attempting to compromise, interfere with, or circumvent the Service's security
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

Violation of these rules may result in termination of service.

7. Translation Quality Disclaimer

• Translations are machine-generated and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
• The Service is not suitable for scenarios requiring precise translation (e.g., legal documents, medical information, contracts).
• We are not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate translations.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., platform policy changes, natural disasters).

9. Intellectual Property

The Service name, logo, and interface design are protected by intellectual property rights. The copyright of translated message content belongs to the original authors.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
