• Message Content: We do not store any pre- or post-translation message content. Messages are only temporarily processed during translation and immediately discarded after.
• Personal Identity: We do not collect user names, phone numbers, emails, or other personally identifiable information.
• Message History: We do not retain any conversation logs.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely for:

• Providing translation services (determining translation direction)
• Calculating and managing translation credits
• Improving service quality

3. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party translation engines. During translation, message content is sent to these services for processing. These third-party services have their own privacy policies. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond translation.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Group settings are stored in secure cloud databases.
• All data transmission uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• We take reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

• Message Content: Not retained; discarded immediately after translation.
• Group Settings: Retained while the group uses the Service. After removing Yilingbot from a group, related data will be deleted within 90 days.
• Purchase Records: Retained as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your group settings or stop using the Service by removing Yilingbot from your group. For any data-related requests, contact our support team.
